


If your site does not have road frontage, remember to check any rights of access over
any private drive. The government guideline for the number of dwellings off any private
drive is 5 but each local authority may have their own standards to work from.
Also, when looking at a plot, consider the physical access for getting in and out! Is the visibility adequate, it should be if the site has outline permission (OP), as the highways should have approved it already.
