Project: Replacement Dwelling

Details: A replacement dwelling on owners existing site. The project was to demolish the existing 3 bed house that is currently attached to a swimming pool and replace it with a six bed six bath house with a double attached garage with play room above, but keeping the pool building in tacked. The new dwelling will incorporate two ground source heat pumps (one for the house and one for the existing pool).

Status: Nearing completion
