Living next door to the build meant we could keep an eye on things and I'm sure we were sometimes too hands on for the builders. Certain aspects of the build exceeded our expectations and others required a quiet word before we got exactly what we wanted.

We would definitely recommend Granville and hope to use his services again at sometime when we build the 'grand design'. He is everything you don't expect from builders - reliable and flexible, here were no nasty surprises when the bills came in.
